The source is a Web-dl (iTunes)

Because of aspect ratio, the WAC-DVD is still worse than Dvd Pal.

Hi DMMB,

I didnt look after the aspect ratio of the WAC, because the DVD of Warner are most very good and my DVDRip of the DVD is 16:9. By Amazon you can not find an aspect-ration by the WAC!
That is a snapshot of the DVD:


IMDb says the original aspect ratio is 1.85 : 1, and by IMDb i cannt find a fault.

About I-tunes is my knowledge very small.

Your release is good and that is in this case most importent.

No tengo tiempo ahora para hacer unas capturas comparativas, pero me parece que esta vez sí que un blu-ray supera a un ripeo de DMMD (y sin que sirva de precedente ). Esta fuente tiene muy buena textura y detalle incluso en profundidad, así como unos tonos de color de la piel más naturales (en el Web-DL están un pelín colorados de más).
