Acertó carioco;
La venganza de un actor, remake a cargo de Kon Ichikawa del film del mismo título de 1935 de Teinosuke Kinugasa,
con el gran Kazuo Hasegawa en el papel dual de Yukinojo Nakamura / Yamitaro el ladrón.
Este fue su film número 300, elegido precisamente porque el original de Kinugasa fue un momento importante en su carrera (allí haría no dos, sino tres papeles)
