Un relato de Stephen King con poco terror pero mucha psicología. Un joven de un pequeña ciudad americana descubre que un anciano vecino suyo fue miembro de las temibles SS del ejército nazi. Lejos de denunciarle a la policía, le hace un inquietante chantaje... Buen reparto, conseguida tensión y una sorprendente secuencia final, como no podía ser de otra manera viniendo del director de aquella joya titulada "Sospechosos habituales".
