SUELE COMBINAR EN SUS OBRAS, EL DINAMISMO Y LA ACCIÓN, UN BUEN HACER CINEMATOGRÁFICO Y EL DISCURSO POLÍTICO, DE IZQUIERDAS EN ESTE CASO. NORMALMENTE VINCULADO AL GÉNERO POLAR, CON OBRAS TAN ESTIMABLES COMO UN CONDÉ (1970), L'ATTENTAT (1972) O DUPONT LAJOIE (1975). EL FILM QUE OS PRESENTAMOS HOY, ES UNA COMBINACIÓN DE CIENCIA FICCIÓN PRÓXIMA Y CINE DE AVENTURAS, Y SE TRATA DE LA SEGUNDA ADAPTACIÓN DE LA NOVELA DE ROBERT SHECKLEY, LA PRIMERA FUE UNA PELÍCULA PARA LA TELEVISIÓN RODADA EN ALEMANIA. UNA DIGNA PELÍCULA, UN TANTO FORZADA EN SUS PROPUESTAS PERO CON UN BUEN PLANTEL DE ACTORES: DESDE GERARD LANVIN HASTA BRUNO CREMER PASANDO POR MICHEL PICCOLI.
