Sinopsis
Coke Ennyday, the scientific detective, divides his time in periods for "eat", "drink", "sleep" and "dope", indicated by his office wall clock. He´s used to overcome any difficult situation (which includes thinking) with the consummation (mostly injections) of any given drug available for the moment. The chief of police asks him to investigate a suspiciously wealthy man at a bathing resort, where most people seem to engage in riding the waves on inflatable fish. Arriving in the resort Ennyday meets the "fish blower girl", excels in a high speed fish chase and is happy to discover a big stash of opium. But will he solve the case? Is this the mother of all dope movies? Or the proof that Cheech and Chong are each one half of Douglas Fairbank´s soul reincarnated? And where did Ennyday get his television set, if you consider that the first transmission of live moving pictures wasn´t achieved before 1925?
