El programa de televisión "Musikladen" era una parte importante de la música alemana y la historia de la televisión. La puesta en escena por Radio Bremen espectáculo fue en el ARD partir de diciembre de 1972 a finales de noviembre de 1984 Un total de 90 episodios. Además hubo 59 episodios Musikladen extra. En el centro del legendario espectáculo fue la música en directo. Para tener éxito la misión "Beat Club", presentado junto a las estrellas también muchos recién llegados que se hizo popular a través de sus apariciones en el programa de televisión. Además de las actuaciones en vivo de artistas estaban en "la tienda de música" también extractos de antiguos espectáculos, caricaturas y dibujos "Beat Club".

Muchos artistas que pisaron en el momento nuevas formas o simplemente establecieron artísticamente, tuvieron la "Musikladen" su primera aparición. Diferentes estilos musicales y modas - desde el glam rock, rock progresivo, el punk, el new wave o discoteca - no se presentaron por primera vez a un público más amplio en el televisor. La lista de artistas que aparecieron en la serie, al igual que el nombre de la lectura de un léxico pop y el rock.
