This is my first post in the cine experimental forum, so if a moderator doesn't feel this is an experimental film, please could you move the post to the correct forum (Cortos de Animacion?)
Borderline is director Alex Chandon's first experimental film. Prior to making it he directed several low budget soft porn / horror films and shot music videos for death metal bands. Borderline is a radical attempt to re examine the space of the city, reinterpreting the nightmarish confusion that surrounds our urban lives, and distorting this vision into a literally twisted city. The effect is like watching a film of one of Escher's drawings. This would probably appeal to fans of Virgil Widrich, Mateus Herczka and David Mozny.
This is a rip I made of a flash video from the director's myspace webpage. I've converted it to AVI because I hate FLV files.
